The country in this week’s quiz is a kingdom. Some of its borders are contested. The UNESCO World Heritage city in the center photo hosts the world’s oldest continuously operating university. Can you name the country?

And the answer is ……………………….. it’s Morocco, ruled by King Mohammad VI. Those are the Atlas mountains in the top photo. The University of al-Karaouine in Fez is said to be the world’s oldest continuously operating university. The southern territory of Western Sahara is disputed (although there is a tourist hotel or two).
