And the answer is ……………………….. it’s Morocco, ruled by King Mohammad VI. Those are the Atlas mountains in the top photo. The University of al-Karaouine in Fez is said to be the world’s oldest continuously operating university. The southern territory of Western Sahara is disputed (although there is a tourist hotel or two).
