Camel Crossing

Friday Photo #7, Australian Exhuberance

This is Cable Beach in Broome, Australia, southwest down the coast from Darwin. They say it’s called Cable Beach because a communications cable leaves from around here somewhere bound for Indonesia across the sea to the north. It’s a small, utterly relaxed, easy going place, thousands of miles from stress, as this man spontaneously expressed one day at dusk. You can’t pose joy.
